Jason Daines

Senior Exercise Physiologist

BIOGRAPHY

Jason is an accredited Exercise Physiologist at Holistic Exercise Physiology with a unique
background in dance and Pilates, bringing creativity and precision to his exercise
prescriptions. With expertise in South American dance styles, Jason adds an element of
rhythm and flow to his sessions, making exercise engaging and enjoyable for clients. He also
applies his Pilates training to help clients build core strength, flexibility, and body awareness,
ensuring that each program is both effective and tailored to individual needs. Jason leads our
group programs, including Lungs in Action, Diabetes, and Keep Fit, where his dynamic
approach supports clients of all backgrounds in achieving their health goals.

SPECIAL INTEREST

  • Kinetic Link Training (KLT) Prescription: Jason specializes in KLT-based exercise, focusing
    on functional, full-body movement patterns that build strength, coordination, and
    stability. His KLT approach is ideal for clients seeking a practical, real-world application of
    strength and conditioning.

  • Dance-Inspired Exercise and Pilates: Jason integrates his knowledge of South American
    dance variations and Pilates to create movement programs that build coordination,
    flexibility, and enjoyment. His expertise helps clients discover a sense of rhythm and
    control, making exercise both beneficial and rewarding.

HOBBIES

Outside of work, Jason enjoys staying active through dance, exploring new styles and
techniques to bring into his sessions. He’s also an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking and
keeping up with the latest in fitness trends. Jason believes in making exercise fun and
accessible, and his goal is to help each client develop a love for movement as a way to support
lifelong health.
